Rotary Die Cutting Machines

ROTARY DIE CUTTING MACHINES

The range includes the DTD250 table top and the D250 / 350 for the short to medium runs and the DSI 430 for the medium to long runs. The Daco TD350 is a high speed converting line consisting of a 1m (40″) unwind, 1 or 2 servo driven rotary die stations and a servo driven turret rewinder with label closure for the production of plain labels with very little operator input.

TURRET REWINDER MACHINERY

Turret rewinder machinery for the fast efficient rewinding of self adhesive labels. The range includes fully automatic with label closure and 3 spindle semi-automatic machines.All the turret rewinders are capable of running in-line with the Daco Solutions range of plain label die cutting lines.The Daco PLR is a semi-automatic turret rewinder and with the addition of a rotary die station the PLD is an ideal solution to plain label production.

Daco Solutions provide a range of Digital Label Printing and Finishing equipment which include full rotary & semi-rotary die cut to register machines. The DTD250R table top machine is aimed at clients who are using the Memjet inkjet based machines, Degrava, EFI Jetrion and Primera CX1200 type machines and the Daco D & DF range for users of HP Indigo and Xeikon equipment.

INSPECTION SLITTER REWINDERS

Daco Solutions provide a wide range of inspection slitter rewinders. The Daco DT250 slitter rewinder is a table top slitter rewinder, the Daco ‘SR350 & 430’ range is a basic inspection slitter rewinder and the fully featured Daco SI350 & 430 are high speed inspection rewinders with a host of options and features. The DTR range is available with 100% inspection, the DTR-BK is specifically designed for booklet / ecl label rewinding and the DTR-DF is a slitter rewinder for the rewinding of digitally print labels.

Flexographic Label Printing Press

FLEXOGRAPHIC LABEL PRESS

Flexographic label press – 1 or 2 colour press with IR or UV drying. Servo driven print unit and optional servo driven die station(s). Daco TC350 tinter / coater for the application of water based or UV coatings. Ideal for flood coating label stock prior to die cutting for plain label production The Daco FLX350 flexographic label press is a compact printing press available with either 1 or 2 colours utilising IR or optional GEW UV drying.

LABEL SHEETING MACHINERY

Daco Solutions manufacture servo driven full rotary label sheeting machinery utilising a single cutting tool with sheet length from 50mm – 1400mm ( 2” – 55” ). The range includes the LS350 sheeter that sheets pre-printed or plain labels. The machine is considerably faster than guillotine based systems. The machine is able to sheet to register and is ideal for finishing labels from digital labels presses. The Daco D350s is a production line for producing laser / inkjet labels. The D350S is a modular and can include a large 1m (40″) unwind, flexo print station(s) and inkjet printing modules.
