At Daycon Distributors, we specialise in the manufacture of quality colour labels, delivered to you on rolls. You can simply and easily overprint your labels with customised text, your own images or barcodes using your in-house thermal transfer or direct thermal printer.
Our quality self-adhesive labels are manufactured using your choice of paper, synthetic or thermal papers. Because we only use quality materials, you’re assured of the durability and high thermal sensitivity of each label.
Choose from pre-cut blanks or continuous rolls, depending on your printer’s requirements. Perforations, creases or registration marks for high-speed printers can all be added to your finished label.
We can make your colour labels in any shade you choose from our standard stock colours or you can have them flood-coated to any PMS colour from the Pantone® Colour Chart to match with your business branding.
If you wish, your labels can be made with your company logo and colours, to accurately reflect your branding.
You have the option of round, square, rectangular or a free format shape. We can manufacture your customised label using die cut technology.
A die cut label is a label which is cut out, with the waste around it removed. Think of the labels you can purchase which you can put through your home printer, where the whole page is a label with pre-cut shapes. The area which is not part of the labels is called the waste and is removed during manufacturing, making it easier to peel stickers or labels from the backing sheet.
We also manufacture butt cut labels, which are literally butted together. There is no waste or gap around or between the labels. Butt cut labels are generally used when a perfectly square or rectangular (no rounded corners) is required.
